The Sounds of Aries Season

WELCOME TO ARIES SEASON BABIES! And wow wow wow, what a divalicious bunch of rams have I got lined up for you.

Aries kicks off the karmic journey of the zodiac wheel, heralding in the astrological new year and beginning of spring. There’s a reason the spring equinox aligns with Aries season. This sign is all about energy, new beginnings and taking action. They’re independent and headstrong. If Pisces is the culmination of the wisdom of every sign, Aries are the babies of the zodiac. New and ready to explore and excited by all they discover.

I am very, very into this playlist, which has big pop diva energy, a criminally under-appreciated/dismissed genre. Much like Sagittarius season started as, like, 45 Britney Spears songs, the Aries season playlist was basically just Lady Gaga’s entire discography at one point.

Aries have a lot of energy and so does this playlist. It sort of ebbs and flows, starting off strong with Gaga and Celine and Diana Ross and Mariah, then a solid middle section before we segue right into the embarrassing Aries earworms. You’ll know it when you hit Hall & Oates.

Although this one works pretty well on shuffle, too. Go wild! Do what you want! That’s pretty much how Aries lives their life, after all.
